BBQ Charcoal

Private-Label BBQ Charcoal Manufacturer (OEM)

We produce coconut-shell BBQ charcoal under our customers' own brands (OEM / private label), including custom packaging, printing, and per-market labeling, at a minimum of one 20-foot container.

As a private label bbq charcoal manufacturer, we make the charcoal and put your brand on it — OEM and private-label coconut-shell BBQ briquettes produced in our own factory, from one 20-foot container up. You bring the brand, the artwork, and the market; we bring finished, lab-graded coconut charcoal and the packaging line that wraps it as yours. We are a factory, not a trader: every box ships from inventory we manufactured, not third-party charcoal we bought in.

What a Private Label BBQ Charcoal Manufacturer Does

Private label means the product is ours and the brand is yours. You do not buy a generic sack with a sticker slapped on — you choose a grade from our three-grade coconut charcoal ladder, then we run it through your retail box, inner sticker, and master-carton print. The charcoal inside is the same lab-graded briquette we describe on the grade pages: Grade A pure coconut charcoal (the white-silver-ash, low-smoke premium that Japanese and Korean buyers specify), or the disclosed coconut + hardwood Grades B and C for value and budget programs. We never use softwood or bamboo on any grade, and the binder is natural, additive-free, food-grade tapioca (cassava) starch, low sulfur. Engineered for BBQ and grilling — not shisha.

Because we are make-to-stock, the lead time on a private-label run is the print-and-pack time, not a from-zero production cycle: the graded charcoal already exists in finished inventory, so once your artwork is approved your branded order is dispatched fast rather than queued behind a fresh burn. See our factory for how that stock is produced and graded.

The Branding Path

The Branding Path

  1. Trademark-ownership check

We confirm you own (or have the right to use) the brand, logo, and any claims on the pack before we print. We manufacture under your mark — we do not supply or sell you the trademark, and we will not print a brand you cannot demonstrate the right to use.

  2. Print-ready artwork

You supply print-ready artwork as vector PDF or AI, with bleed, dielines, and any GTIN/barcode in place. We map it to the retail box, inner pack, and master carton and flag anything that will not print or that a destination market's labeling rules require.

  3. Box sampling & proof

We produce a physical packaging proof — printed box and inner sticker — for you to sign off before the run. Nothing goes to production until the proof is approved in writing.

  4. Production from stock

On approval we pack your branded order from finished, lab-graded inventory and prepare it for export from the chosen Indonesian port. Make-to-stock means the charcoal is already graded, so this is a pack-and-ship step, not a new production cycle.

Minimum Order

The OEM minimum is one 20-foot container (≈18 tonnes) — the smallest unit that ships and clears economically as a full-container load. That is the floor for a branded run, not the ceiling: larger and repeat programs scale from there. Because the charcoal is made to stock and lab-graded before your order is placed, the only variable lead time on a private-label container is artwork approval and the print-and-pack cycle, so a branded first container dispatches quickly once the proof is signed off.

Exact MOQ tonnage per grade and shape, branded-run lead times, and any minimum print quantities are confirmed on your RFQ against current finished stock.

What’s Customizable

Everything that carries your brand is customizable; the charcoal grade and its lab-graded spec are not. The table below is the customization scope, not a price list — every line is quoted against your artwork and destination market on the RFQ.

Private-label customization scope Method / source: Customization scope only — quoted per specification on your RFQ, not a published price list.
Pack element What you control
Retail box Your brand, logo, full-colour print, dieline, and on-pack copy.
Inner sticker / inner pack Branded inner-pack sticker and inner-count per box.
Master carton Outer-carton print, shipping marks, and units per carton.
Language Bilingual and Arabic on-pack text for per-market labeling.
GTIN / barcode Your supplied GTIN/EAN printed and verified on the retail box.

Per-market labeling rules (mandatory warnings, language, and regulatory marks) differ by destination — those are covered on export labeling by market, printed onto the same lab-graded charcoal you choose from the coconut charcoal grades. The export labeling by market page also covers EU retail specifics — EN 1860-2/DINplus credibility, EUDR readiness, and the PPWR packaging direction.

Pricing

Private-label pricing is issued per RFQ against your grade, packaging, and volume — we do not publish an OEM list price. As a positioning reference only, the industry benchmark for coconut BBQ charcoal runs roughly $1,150–1,500 per tonne FOB, grade- and packaging-dependent; that is a market benchmark, not our quote, and a branded run carries its own print-and-pack costing.

OEM unit pricing, packaging add-on costs, and payment terms for a branded run are issued per RFQ against your artwork, grade, and container volume — never published as a list price.

Questions

Yes — that is exactly what our OEM / private-label program does. You supply the brand and print-ready artwork; we manufacture the lab-graded coconut charcoal and pack it in your retail box, inner sticker, and master carton. We are the factory, so the charcoal is ours and the brand is yours.

One 20-foot container (≈18 tonnes) is the OEM minimum — the smallest full-container load that ships and clears economically. Larger and repeat programs scale up from there; exact per-grade tonnage is confirmed on your RFQ.

Yes — you own (or must hold the right to use) the brand and trademark, and we confirm that before we print. We manufacture under your mark; we do not sell or supply the trademark itself, and we will not print a brand you cannot show the right to use.

We produce per-market labeling — including bilingual and Arabic on-pack text — for export buyers in markets such as the USA, MENA, Japan, Korea, Australia, and the EU. Mandatory on-pack rules differ by destination and are covered on the export-labeling-by-market page.
