This Cookies Policy explains how PT Coco Total BBQ Indonesia (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on bbq-charcoal.com (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

We use cookies only to:

Cookie names and durations are set by the third-party providers and may change. Your browser may also store essential, session-only items needed for the Site to load and display correctly; these are not used for tracking.
4. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js, property ID G-WL7DZGJDRC) to understand aggregate traffic — for example, how many people visit, which pages they view, and which countries and devices they use. This data is collected in a pseudonymised form and is used only to improve the Site and our service. Google processes this data as described in Google’s own policies. We also use Google Search Console, which does not set cookies on visitors.
5. Form submissions
Contact and free-sample forms on the Site are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms. This service processes the details you submit so we can reply to your enquiry; it is not used for advertising and does not place advertising cookies. 6. What we do not use
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social-media tracking pixels, or third-party marketing trackers on the Site.
7. Managing and disabling cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or remove cookies and notify you when a cookie is set. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to browse the Site, request a quotation, or order.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Browser “Do Not Track” signals are respected where technically supported.
8. Consent
